Lauren Schroth, BS '16, is an Activities Coordinator.
During my time at Mason, I studied health administration with a concentration in senior housing administration. I was drawn to the career path of senior housing after professor Andrew Carle presented the unique program in one of my classes. I discovered my passion for serving and loving the elderly through the many roles that I have had in different types of senior housing. My favorite part of my job is developing lasting relationships with residents and family members.
All in all, I want to transform the senior housing industry, make the elderly happy, and make every place I work in a "haven before Heaven."
